Prototype to production

From vibe-coded prototype to production-ready product.

AI tools make it fast to build something that works on a laptop. Running it for real users, with real data and real risk, is a different job. That job is ours. Our senior team takes prototypes built with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, v0, or by someone on your team, and turns them into secure, tested software that is ready for production.

How we take it to production

Two common situations. One way through.

You built it, and now you're stuck

It works in the demo. Then real users arrive, things break, and every change seems to break something else. You know it needs to be done properly, but not how.

Someone on your team built it, and the business wants it for real

A prototype from one department has caught on. Now it needs security, access control, real data, connections to company systems, and someone accountable for keeping it running.

01

Assess

We review what you have: code, data, security, and hosting. You get a straight answer on what to keep, what to fix, and what to rebuild.

02

Harden

Authentication and access control, data integrity, secrets handling, and the security gaps prototypes always have.

03

Test

Automated and manual testing, so a change stops breaking something else.

04

Ship

Proper deployment, monitoring, backups, and a release process you can trust.

05

Hand over

Documentation and a codebase that your team, or ours, can keep building on.

We know where prototypes break, because we have spent our careers building and testing systems that cannot afford to. We manage the risk, so the move to production is a step forward, not a leap of faith.
Questions

What people ask before bringing us a prototype.

Can you take an app built with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, or v0 to production?

Yes. We work with the code those tools produce. We assess it, keep what is solid, and rebuild what won't hold up with real users and real data.

Do you rebuild everything from scratch?

Not by default. The assessment tells you, part by part, whether to harden what exists or replace it. Often most of the user experience survives and the foundations underneath get rebuilt.

What does production-ready actually mean?

Secure sign-in and access control, protected data and secrets, automated tests, monitoring and backups, a reliable release process, and documentation someone else can pick up.

Someone in our company built a prototype. Can you make it work inside our systems?

Yes. Company single sign-on, permissions, integration with your existing systems and data, and whatever your security review requires.

How do we start?

With a short, fixed-scope assessment of what you have. You get a clear plan before committing to anything more.
