Product and AI studio

From business problem to production-ready software.

MindBridge Hub turns business problems, tangled processes, and half-formed ideas into working digital products, from fast prototypes and MVPs to fully fledged, production-grade systems. Senior judgement, hands-on delivery, and honest advice on what is actually worth building.

Two decades in the room
Global corporations and early-stage startups, product companies and software agencies. We know how software wins, and how it quietly wastes money.
Right-sized, honestly
A quick tool, an MVP, or a full production build. We match the solution to your problem and your budget, and we say when not to build at all.
One team, accountable
You work with the senior people doing the work. Specialists join when the problem calls for it, with no extra layer of cost or management.

You bring the business problem. We turn it into working software that earns its place, without you having to assemble and run a software agency.

MindBridge Hub exists to accelerate the hard parts: framing the real problem, making the calls, prototyping fast, and taking an idea all the way to a product your customers actually use. Sometimes that is a lean MVP. Sometimes it is a full, production-grade system. You get senior people who do the work, bring in trusted specialists when a problem genuinely needs them, and tell you honestly when the smartest move is to simplify, integrate, or not build at all. Not every business has millions to spend on software, and not every idea is worth a big build. Our job is to get you the most value for the least risk.

How we work

A way of working, from the first messy conversation to a product in production.

Rooted in design thinking, then carried past the prototype and all the way to a live product. Here is what each step means, and what you can expect from it.

01

Understand

We get close to the problem and the people who feel it. Conversations, a look at how things work today, and the data around them, so we solve the real thing rather than the first thing that was asked for.

02

Frame

We turn the mess into a sharp problem statement, the opportunity, the risks, and a clear direction. This is where we save you from paying to build the wrong product.

03

Shape

We explore options and make them tangible fast: flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes you can react to and test with real people, before anything expensive is engineered.

04

Build

We build the real thing with a focused, AI-assisted approach. A usable, maintainable, measurable product, whether that is a lean MVP or a full production system.

05

Launch

We ship it to production, wire up analytics and monitoring, handle the app-store and web release, and help real people find their way into it.

06

Improve

We use real usage and feedback to keep making it better. Software is never truly finished, and we do not disappear the day it goes live.

Services

Ways we can work together. Each one is a clear commitment, sized to where you are.

Every engagement is scoped to the problem and the budget, so pricing follows a short conversation rather than a fixed sticker.

Product Opportunity Assessment

A fast, focused look at whether an idea is worth pursuing, before you commit real money to it.

Details

You get a sharp problem statement, a recommended direction, the real risks, and an honest go or no-go. Best when you are about to invest and want to de-risk the decision first.

Product Blueprint

The plan before the build. What we are making, for whom, why, and how it all fits together.

Details

You get UX flows, a clickable prototype, a data model, an architecture, and a phased roadmap. Best when the idea is validated and you want a build you can trust.

Build and Launch

We design, build, integrate, and ship the product to production. A lean MVP or a full system, live and in real hands.

Details

You get a working, maintainable product, released to web or the app stores, with analytics and monitoring in place. Best when you want it built once, and built right.

Operate and Improve

After launch, we keep the product healthy and moving, guided by real usage rather than guesswork.

Details

You get ongoing improvements, performance and cost care, and a partner who does not vanish at go-live. Best when you want steady improvement after launch, not just keeping the lights on.

Fractional Product and AI Partner

Senior product and technical direction for teams that have builders but lack a clear owner of the outcome.

Details

You get hands-on leadership across strategy, roadmap, delivery, and AI adoption, as much or as little as you need. Best when you have a team but the product keeps drifting.

Product Rescue

When a build has stalled, over-run, or missed the point, we diagnose it and get it back on track.

Details

You get a clear audit, a recovery plan, and steady hands to stabilise and relaunch. Best when a project is in trouble and needs fixing, not blaming.

Why teams bring us in

Built to move you forward, not to sell you more.

Clarity, fast

We cut through the noise and turn too many ideas into a clear direction, real decisions, and a plan you can act on.

Senior people, doing the work

No junior hand-offs, no sales layer. The people you meet are the people who deliver, and who stay accountable.

Specialists when it helps, quietly

When a problem needs a designer, a security expert, or an infrastructure specialist, we bring one in. You are not billed for a bigger team you never asked for.

AI where it earns its place

We build AI in when it genuinely helps, from LLM agents to analytics, and we tell you plainly when a product does not need it.

Right-sized to your reality

A small tool, an MVP, or a full production build. We match the solution to the problem and the budget, not the other way around.

Honest before expensive

The first recommendation might be to simplify, integrate, postpone, or not build. You avoid the most expensive mistake, building the wrong thing well.

SmartFeed

Idea, design, build, launch, and growth

I took SmartFeed from a personal frustration, news and podcasts that waste your time, to a live app on both stores. I designed the proposition and onboarding, built the product and its AI-backed conversational features, set up subscriptions and analytics, and kept improving it from real usage. It is the whole loop, made by one person who sweats the details.

MindBridge Software

Own product, designed and built from scratch

An AI-powered hub that replaces the scattered stack product and project teams juggle: knowledge extraction, artifact generation, backlog, roadmaps, and stakeholder tracking in one place. I built it as a live, multi-tenant SaaS, from the data model to the AI features to billing, and I run it in production.

MindBridge Clinical

A new product and vertical, defined and built

A focused platform that turns dense clinical protocols, amendments, and SOPs into searchable, role-specific, always-current knowledge for site teams. I defined the vertical, drew a firm line between a coordination tool and a CTMS, and built it for a compliance-heavy, EU-hosted world.

About

Andrei Adam, founder of MindBridge Hub
Andrei Adam
Your senior product and technology partner who takes your problem from ambiguity all the way to a working solution in production.

I am Andrei Adam. For more than twenty years I have built and shaped digital products, inside global corporations and early-stage startups, in product companies and in software agencies. I have seen how software creates real value, and how easily it burns time and money when the wrong thing gets built.

That is what MindBridge Hub is here to prevent. My purpose is simple: to relieve real pain, add real value, and help your business grow, with software that people actually use. Not every company has millions to spend, and not every idea deserves a big build. I will tell you the truth about what is worth doing, then roll up my sleeves and help you do it, from the first rough sketch to a live product and everything after.

I am hands-on. I frame the problem, make the calls, prototype, build, and stay accountable for the result.
